Presentation of the 2030 Cooperation Roadmap at COP30

The Roadmap for 2030 Cooperation on Energy and Climate in the CPLP Countries was developed during 2025, through a multilateral process that involved the governments of the Portuguese-speaking countries responsible for the areas of energy, environment and finance, regional/international institutions and the private sector, and identifies four strategic and priority axes of cooperation.

II CPLP Energy Conference
